As President & Founder of Matern Staffing, Ginni is a loyal leader to her employees and friendly advisor to all job applicants. She is a trusted partner to all of the corporate clients and the fresh, enthusiastic force driving her company’s excellence.
Kelly Roth
Chief Operating Officer
A Fredericksburg resident since 2004, Kelly has over 33 years of staffing and recruiting experience in the Virginia market. She worked for a national agency followed by a small woman-owned agency for the past 26 years where she started as the Front Desk Administration and advanced to Manager.
Teresa West
Director of Recruitment & Staffing
Teresa worked in the staffing industries in both the Fredericksburg, VA and Atlanta, GA areas. She helped staff the 1996 Bicentennial Olympics in Atlanta. After working in Atlanta, she relocated to the Virginia area.
Jenna Hudspeth
Staffing Coordinator
When Jenna joined Matern Staffing in October 2017 as the Administrative Support Specialist, she quickly learned how to handle the daily challenges of the staffing industry. Her welcoming demeanor made clients and employees feel at home and we were thrilled to promote her to Staffing Coordinator in 2020.

Born and raised in Massachusetts until she was 16 years old, Heather then spent time in Florida, Colorado and Nevada before putting down roots in Fredericksburg, VA. At Matern Staffing Heather makes job applicants feel welcome from the time she first speaks to them through the application, interviewing, and on-boarding process.

Recruitment & Engagement Manager
Brenda Madero hails from El Paso, TX and has worked for a staffing company based in Austin, TX and many Fortune 500 companies in Mexico, Canada and the US. Brenda feels very fulfilled when she helps people find their perfect job or career and helps clients find great employees.

After earning a Business Information Technology degree from Virginia Tech in 2002, Kris moved to Raleigh, NC. She worked as a Business Analyst for 9 years at NC Farm Bureau. She had her first daughter in 2011, and became a stay-at-home mom.
