Stephanie Servin

Administrative Support Specialist

Born and raised in Fredericksburg, Stephanie brings a unique blend of entrepreneurship, cultural experiences and linguistic ability to the team. Fluent in Spanish, she acquired language skills at an early age while attending a private Christian school in Mexico. Upon graduating from Chancellor High School, she started working as an Administrative Assistant at her father’s construction company.

In 2019, Stephanie expanded her administrative expertise by joining a driving school. While there she managed administrative tasks and became a licensed driver instructor. This experience provided her with a holistic understanding of the driving school industry, emphasizing the importance of her role as an Administrative Assistant.

Eager to diversify her skill set and explore new career opportunities, Stephanie joined Matern Staffing in Fall 2023. In this role, she effectively handles candidate communication, interview coordination, and maintaining a polished lobby appearance. The most rewarding aspect of her job is the impact she makes within the community by assisting individuals on their career journeys.

Known for her positive mindset, patience, and organizational prowess, Stephanie offers support to candidates facing challenges in their job search. Her creativity and flexibility contribute to a dynamic work environment, where she is always ready to learn new skills.

Outside of the professional realm, Stephanie is a multitasking entrepreneur, having launched her luxury flower arrangements business, Everlasting Bouquets, in August 2023. Specializing in natural and handmade ribbon roses, she collaborates with family and friends to craft exquisite arrangements.

Living with family in Fredericksburg, Stephanie cherishes family time with her two younger brothers and her playful six-month-old corgi, Archie. Fitness is also a priority for Stephanie, and she enjoys early morning outdoor runs on local trails. Her culinary skills shine through as she dedicates weekends to preparing meals in advance.
