We meet with each employer to fully understand their culture, budget, and job requirements. For new clients and new positions, we’ll do an on-site visit to fully realize the job duties and environment.

We go beyond experience and skill matching to “People Matching” because we understand the importance of the right chemistry and attitude. Then, we thoroughly screen and interview potential candidates followed by reference checks, skills assessments and required testing. We brief candidates about the position and place them according to prior experience and training, personal capabilities, and talents.

Onboarding

Onboarding

After an employee accepts the assignment, we’ll help the new employee understand the job requirements and position so they can smoothly integrate into their new role. We’ll also handle all the payroll administration. At different stages of the employee’s contract we regularly follow up with the employer to ensure expectations are met.
