Matern Staffing is locally owned and headquartered in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We care about helping and investing in the community, and have done so for three generations. Annually, we donate over $30,000 to local food banks, schools and educational programs, homelessness programs, animal welfare programs, and professional development organizations. We also volunteer our time serving on local board of directors, helping needy families, and speaking about hiring topics to local business owners and professional groups.
