Matern Staffing finished 2022 on high notes despite an unsettling year with rising inflation, local businesses closing, and unbalanced worker supply/demand. We’re thankful for our strong partnerships with long-time clients, collaborating with new clients, connecting with community programs, gaining awareness in the community, and helping job seekers find full-time careers. We ended the year with a healthy, happy team feeling refreshed after some well-deserved family time.

Looking Ahead to 2023
According to the Wall Street Journal, more than two-thirds of big banks predict a recession in 2023 and economists expect unemployment levels to rise to 5%. Despite the gloomy forecast, Matern Staffing is well positioned to meet the steady hiring needs across the healthcare, IT, food, utilities, plastics, and building materials industries. We’ll use our expertise and strong workforce connections to support businesses and job seekers however we can.
One of our greatest joys as a company is working and learning together so we can grow our community. We couldn’t have grown and given back in 2022 without the support of our employees, clients, staff, community partners, social media followers, friends and family. Thank you for choosing to do business with us – we are so grateful to you!
We are a team ready to help meet your career goals and find your staffing solutions in 2023. Cheers to a joyful and prosperous 2023!
