This is a contract-to-hire position, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm; no nights or weekends
What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Associate:

Unloads lumber and building materials from trucks

Operates forklift and pallet jack to receive and disburse materials and supplies, keeping accurate records throughout the life cycle of the inventory

Stacks materials in the warehouse

Inspects incoming orders to verify accuracy

Ensures clean and safe workspace
What You’ll Need as a Warehouse Associate:
-
Forklift experience, particularly in unloading large shipments of lumber
- Lumber and plywood knowledge is a plus

Good communication skills
- Strong adaptability due to changing priorities, tasks, and unexpected challenges
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and staying on schedule to meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail with great follow-through to ensure accuracy, safety compliance and comprehensiveness

Active listener who collaborates effectively with teammates, always ready to step in to help

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in hot/cold environments
