Matern Staffing is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (job id 4155) of a leading door manufacturer in Fredericksburg, VA.
As the Sales Representative, you’ll optimize your relationship building and consultative sales experience to solve customers’ challenges and meet sales goals. You’ll be a trusting partner with customers as you understand their needs and develop and execute a unique marketing solution.
Salary:
- $18/hr
Schedule:
- 7:30am-4pm, Monday thru Friday
What You’ll Do as Inside Sales Representative:
- Build relationships with customers, identifying their needs, goals, and requirements
- Answer incoming inquiries
- Input Commercial and Residential orders into system
- Calculate customer quoting for Commercial jobs
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads
- Demonstrate how products/services solve business’ challenges
- Prepare sales reports and presentations and present to customers
- Actively listen to customers and adjust solutions as needed
- Analyze metrics to achieve customers’ objectives
- Coordinate customer training
What You’ll Need as Inside Sales Representative:
- Previous inside sales experience a plus
- Calmly and efficiently adapts, sees the potential for opportunity when challenges present themselves
- Active listener who guides conversations with customers and collaborates effectively with teammates, always ready to step in to help
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for communicating with teammates and customers
- Strong attention to detail with great follow-through to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness
- Positive self-starter with a proactive approach, determination, excellent time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong math aptitude
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm demeanor
- Ability to pass drug, background/DMV screening
