Step 3: Matching You with the Right Opportunity 

Once we know your skills, goals, and experience, we begin matching you to the right position.

  • If a current opening fits, we move quickly. 
  • If not, we may skill-match you with one of our client companies. 
  • Some roles or clients may require additional testing or checks, like background checks, credit checks, drug screenings, or skills assessments, before moving forward. 
  • Timing can vary, sometimes taking 1–3 weeks depending on client scheduling, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Step 4: Client Interviews (If Needed) 

When a client is interested, we’ll set up an in-person interview at their site. 

  • For entry-level or lower-skilled roles, this step may be faster – sometimes even optional. 
  • Timing depends on client responsiveness, but we’ll always communicate what to expect. 

Step 5: Offer & Next Steps 

If a client moves forward with an offer, we coordinate everything for you: 

  • Job expectations and responsibilities 
  • Pay details 
  • Benefits enrollment 
  • Start date and scheduling 
  • Onboarding logistics
