Event Rentals
Matern Staffing is hiring a Sales Associate (job order 3967) in Fredericksburg, VA. As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping customers plan successful events by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the entire rental process. In this customer-facing position, you’ll assist with rental inquiries, prepare quotes and contracts, coordinate reservations, and help clients select the products and packages that best fit their needs.
Salary:
- $18-$20/hr, depending on experience

What You’ll Do: 
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with rental inquiries, quotes, reservations, and booking details
- Learn the company’s rental inventory and recommend products and packages based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate customer records and order information
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail daily
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire rental process
What You’ll Need:
- 1-3 years of customer service, sales, or administrative support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
