Matern Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Production Associate for our partner, a thriving food production facility in Fredericksburg, VA. This role supports daily production and warehouse operations, ensuring products are handled safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.
This position is ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production environment. You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the flow of materials and finished products while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
This is a temporary, part-time position.
Pay:
- $17/hour
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 9:30 AM start
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with production and warehouse tasks related to yogurt powder manufacturing
- Handle, move, and package materials and finished products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production and warehouse areas
- Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Support team members as needed to meet daily production goals
What You’ll Need:
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 50–55 lbs consistently
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a production environment
- Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required
