- Oversee store pickups and restocking processes, ensuring cost-effective, streamlined transportation
- Maintain warehouse documentation, enforce safety compliance (OSHA), and keep facilities aligned with local regulations
- Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for process improvement
- Manage budgets, control costs, and lead procurement of warehouse/store supplies
- Collaborate with teams across operations, sales, purchasing, and distribution to meet business goals
What You’ll Need:

- 5+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, transportation logistics, and aftermarket receiving processes
- A servant-leader mindset—no ego, no finger-pointing—just someone who gets in and lifts others up
- Experience managing warehouse layouts, transportation scheduling, and process optimizations
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and team-building skills
- Familiarity with multi-site retail distribution environments
