Business & HR Intern (Fall 2025)

We’re an innovative, community-focused staffing agency, and we’re looking for an adaptable, detail-oriented student who’s excited to learn, grow, and support the fast-paced operations of our staffing office. This internship offers valuable exposure to the staffing industry, with flexible, part-time hours to support your class schedule. 

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred but not required.

Salary:

• $15/hr

Start Date:

• August 2025

Hours:

• 24-35 hours/week  

What You’ll Do: 

• Communicate with job candidates about open positions and next steps 
• Track and document candidate interactions in our database 
• Assist with resume screening and candidate check-ins 
• Build and organize talent pipelines based on skills, availability, and experience 
• Support candidate interviews and onboarding processes 
• Provide general office support, including answering phones and greeting visitors 
• Assist marketing department with creating recruitment marketing content for social media, blog posts, website updates, flyers, etc. 

What You’ll Need: 

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program 
• Availability to work 24-35hours per week (schedule flexible around classes) 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for prioritizing tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities 
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative 
• Comfort learning new systems and technology 
• A genuine interest in people, hiring, and workforce development
