In 2022, Matern Staffing completed a large office move and renovation project to better serve our growing team, employees, and clients. Throughout the process we partnered with local businesses to build a more functional and modern office space for gathering, connecting, and working. The ideas, materials, and people worked together to create the space are part of our story.

With our rich Virginia history, we knew we had to share our LOVE for this beautiful state by creating our very own Virginia LOVE sign.
In July 2019, hobbyist woodworker, Kyle Allwine of AA Farm Woodworking, handcrafted and installed a LOVEwork sign for Matern Staffing’s indoor office space. In 2022, we moved the sign from our former office to our current location. Onduline North America supplies roofing materials and building products for residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial applications. In 2022, Onduline North America installed Tuftex PVC corrugated paneling made in their Fredericksburg plant along the office lobby walls. Onduline North America has been Matern’s client since 1993.

In 2022 Fraser Wood Elements built custom wood shelving boxes, an office lobby mirror, and a wooden American flag centerpiece for Matern Staffing’s office renovation.
