Matern Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Manager (job order 3997) for a global precision manufacturing company opening a new facility in Stafford County, VA. In this role, you’ll oversee daily warehouse and materials operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient flow of precision components, and a safe, organized, and highly controlled environment. Your leadership and attention to detail will play a key role in supporting production, supply chain flow, and overall operational excellence.

Salary:
$60,000 – $75,000 annually

What You’ll Do: 
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory control of precision-manufactured components
- Maintain highly accurate inventory records, including lot tracking, traceability, and system updates
- Support material flow to production to ensure on-time delivery of parts and assemblies
- Lead, train, and support warehouse staff while managing schedules, workflow priorities, and performance expectations
- Conduct cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies in a controlled warehouse environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Enforce safety protocols and support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and materials handling processes
- Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to support operational efficiency
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of warehouse or materials management experience (manufacturing or aerospace warehouse environment preferred)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory control, traceability, and ERP or warehouse systems
- Forklift experience or certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and commitment to safety and quality
