We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate Entry-Level for a tile and marble company in Fredericksburg, VA. In this role, you’ll help keep the warehouse organized, presentable, and running smoothly while also supporting the customer experience. Your work behind the scenes and occasionally with customers helps ensure contractors and clients find what they need and leave confident in their purchase.

What You’ll Do: 
- Sweep, clean, and maintain the overall appearance of the warehouse
- Organize materials, inventory, and workspace for efficiency
- Clean and prepare tile products for display or customer viewing
- Assist with organizing and maintaining product displays (light merchandising)
- Support customer interactions by helping manage expectations and directing questions as needed
- Work closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly day-to-day
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work in an active, hands-on environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and organized
- Friendly and approachable, with a willingness to engage with customers
- Positive, team-first attitude and eagerness to learn
- Interest in growing into roles with more responsibility
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
