Matern Staffing is hiring Production Workers (job id 3182) for a national building materials company to you’ll play a hands-on role in processing and preparing high-quality materials for customers across the country.

Salary & Schedule:
- $15-$16/hr
- Monday thru Friday 6am-2:30pm start time
What You’ll Do as Production Workers:
What You’ll Do as Production Workers:- Stack boards efficiently as they come off the saw to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Secure and band units together for safe handling and transport.
- Mark units with the correct order and customer numbers to ensure accuracy.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals and quality standards
What You’ll Need as Production Workers:
- Positive self-starter with a proactive approach, excellent time management, and prioritization skills
- Woodworking, carpentry or construction experience a plus
- Ability to operate tape measures and hand tools
- Attention to detail while working in a fast paced environment
- Strong calculation and measuring skills
- Willingness to adapt and learn new skills or processes
