2nd Shift Production Worker

Matern Staffing is hiring 2nd Shift Production Worker (job id #1847) at a circuits manufacturing plant in Fredericksburg, Va. The 2nd Shift Production Worker follows detailed steps to analyze the chemical procedures in the circuit board manufacturing process. You are completing important steps to support customers in the global aerospace and defense industries, so ensuring precise and efficient production is important and training will be provided.

This is an entry-level position with opportunity for permanent hire.

Salary:

• $16/hr
• This is for second shift: 3-11pm, Monday thru Friday
• Training will be provided on first shift 7am-3pm

What You’ll Do as 2nd Shift Production Worker:

• Operates machines and tools to support chemical processes
• Uses lab analysis to verify chemical processes are within specified range
• Carefully maintains inventory of materials used
• Be part of a team delivering quality products on time with fast response and follow up to support the circuit board manufacturing process

What You’ll Need as 2nd Shift Production Worker:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Good computer skills and ability to read detailed instructions
• Hands on experience with handling chemicals is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with great follow-through to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness 
• Active listener who collaborates effectively with teammates, always ready to step in to help 
• Proactively approaches tasks with focus and determination, and reliability 
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
