New Hire, Retention & Referral Bonus Program
Matern Staffing’s client rewards your commitment to employment with the following bonus structure:
$750 New Hire Bonus
- paid after completion of 80 hours worked
- applicable to new hires only
$1000 Retention Bonus
- employee can earn $100 per week of employment up to 10 weeks
- cannot miss more than 1 day of work per 4-week period
up to $300 Referral Bonus
- you and your referral earn bonus
- both earn $50 for every 80 hours worked
