I don’t know about y’all, but summer is in full swing over here at Matern Staffing…our jobs are sizzling like the temperatures! With summer taking off, I wanted to create a new bucket list of summer experiences to do with my staff, employees and preschooler. The long summer days and warm weather make it an ideal time to catch up with employees and explore new places in the Greater Fredericksburg area. While it’s hard to envision the office activity slowing down anytime soon, it’ll be nice to have a go-to list of summer ideas. We hope to see you out and about on our summer adventures!
Summer Bucket List
- Interview at least 3 employees and highlight them on our company blog
- Volunteer at a community event
- Earn my forklift certification
- Go fishing
- Have an employee appreciation party
- Plan a trip to Hershey Park
- Take the office staff on an ADVENTURE
- Complete a triathlon
- Spruce up the office hallway and outside area
- Ride the Fredbus
- Try a new local restaurant
- Have a water balloon fight in the office parking lot
- Visit Willowmere Park in Stafford
